weekends are always too short for living

Well, I had a rude awakening this morning. I usually whip together my Comp II homework in about an hour or two every Sunday morning. So, today I slacked off a bit and started at it around noon instead. Mistake! The final paper had to be written and turned in. So, I ended up working on it for about five and a half hours... bleh. Thought it was pretty good despite the fact I threw it together, and I swapped my opinion on the matter from what I was assigned. For the project I quoted some stuff from the new bill passed into law .... wow... the two small parts that ruin it are really bad if someone wanted to abuse it, since there is absolutely no checks or balances worked into this law.

oh well, its done...

I tried my damndest to buckle down and start up my short novel again. I got through the prolouge and the first chapter fixes and rewrites, but fell short of finishing up the fixes and rewrites for the next two. Its going to come though... and I hope people like it. I've put it off for too long and I think its time I spent some energy on it again.

As for the epic story... well, its alive and kicking, and healthy. I'll get to it later.

Do you have a plot summary or something like a preview for this epic story?

The epic right now has about 1/3 of the prolouge written.

I had 3 chapters at one time, but I kept remolding it over the years. Then, it turned into a thing where I kept planning and planning.

Most of what I got are random notes...

I peered through them a few weeks ago, it was nice refreshing myself on it. Also a little odd.
