Spider-Man (no spoliers)

Good movie.

I suggest you see it.

Graphics are excellent.

Movie is very fun to watch.

According to what Marcus Allen said is that the Twin Towers were put back into the final copy... although I don't recall every actually seeing them... just lots of tall buildings.

Toby did a fine job as Peter.
The Editor of Daily Globe was a carbon copy of the cartoon character.
Nice one liners and everything.

One of the better movies I've seen in awhile.
Better than X-men. Which makes it probably the best Comic to Movie done yet. (superman comes in a close second)

although Toby crying .... I guess its hard to please me when it comes to close ups of people crying.

Were the comp generations really good? I'd read that they more or less sucked (and didn't even look so good in the commercial). Hmm. I hate opposing recommendations, they make me dizzy with confusion, and then I fall asleep. Bah.

Re:
the way I looked at it is this:

These are computer graphics.
In our time they cannot perfectly replicate real life lighting and replication of gravity exactly yet.

You must look at it in the progression of the tool.

CG has come a long way.

Yes, at times it does look fake, but the intergation is very well done! In the progression of the tool it is very good. I will compare it to Blade 2. Similar, but I believe Spider-Man's is better.

CG when combined with classic celluloid of real life creates a hightened reality in which you just accept.

Its like watching a cartoon, you know it isn't real, but it doesn't matter.
