What the hell is a W?

For the past two days I've been treated like crap for trying to keep going to school. I saw that my days off changed to Wednesday, Thursday and got pissed, due mainly to the fact of spending a lot of money on getting Crystal Method concert tickets (pastiqfille I still have an extra ticket)! So, I traded days off with a friend.

From here I am trying to think of a way to get to all of my classes. First thought. Go to dayshift. Okay, then I would have to get split days off to cover my afternoon classes.

All right. I approach Dayshift's supervisor, which used to be mine. Now, he makes me feel like crap and says things like, "Why you going to school? You're not getting out, Stop Loss is indefinite." My answer is, "Well, then I'll be more prepared for when I get out. I'll wait as long as I have to, to get out. You wont see me re-enlisting over this!"

My work center is a mess. People scrambling all over the warehouse to do the job, and we still haven't lost all the people we are going to loose.

I spent my evening helping the Oakland FEMA group prepare for their departure to New York. They all joked, "So what are you going to do when we are done? Go home? Drink some beer?" and I respond with a laugh, "No, I'll be in that warehouse netting twenty more pallets and breaking ten more myself before six o'clock the next morning!"

they bought us pizza.

Constant 12 hour shifts is redundant and tiring.

After I spoke with the dayshift supervisor about switching shifts I drove home. On my way I considered everything. I realized with Wed and Thurs off, I catch 2 of the 3 evening classes I have. These two are the ones I need! The other evening class is fluff. Fencing. Now, my other two classes are afternoon classes! I get done and back to base before work starts! KICK ASS! I can stay on nights and I only have to drop one class! and I can keep a two day weekend.

Quickly, once back at the dorms, I call the dayshift supervisor to tell him to stop inquiring people about switching shifts. I worked it out and its better for me on nights.

Man, this is sooooo draining...
work work work work work.....

sleep for me now.
