changes

So far... these changes seem to be not hurting me...

As of sometime in december I started evaluating thing that are different in my life now than a few years ago...
and to see if I can adjust, eliminate, or continueing doing these things...

so,

1. Stopped drinking liquor.
2. Adjusting my sleep schedual (stay up later)
3. While staying up later, working my brain in ways that I used to (writing, thinking, etc)

I don't have a definate answer for #1, but the changing of my sleep pattern seems to have boosted me this week.

I do feel better this week. I, of course, don't miss alcohol... never drank that much anyway (well, I would do it all in one sitting... basically binge drinking I guess)

I need more time to study the changes, but they are good.
